soup night

This soup cost less than three dollars and took less than five minutes to make.

Ramen Soup packet + frozen snap peas+ a hard boiled egg = an amazing dinner, perfect for when you work till 8.

And did you know that you can buy hard cooked, peeled eggs at Trader Joe's?  Weird, I know, but I have to say I love having them on hand for a super fast breakfast...or ramen soup.
